2025 Show Timeline

Join us  at Left Field Tavern (12 W. Park Pl, Oxford) for a pre-show happy hour with fellow Porsche enthusiasts.

Expanded: Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area -Daily from 11 AM-11 PM.  For more DORA information, please read HERE.

​Parking is open from 8 am to 11 am. The Registration and Information Booths will both be open at 8 am. Parking Volunteers will be on hand to help you navigate to your designated parking location.

We begin the show with a welcome message from Oxford's Mayor William Snavely. 

1. Complete your ballot found in the Swag Bag, entering all the information from one placard of your choice.

2. Take your ballot to the Information booth by 12 noon. Only General Registration & John Dixon Honor Row are eligible. *Please note, Concours registrants are not eligible for popular vote*

Visit our sponsors and the Relay for Life booth to get to know them and say, "Thank You!" 

Door Prizes:

We offer door prizes throughout the day. Keep those door prize tickets handy.

Popular votes can be turned anytime with final entries due at 12 noon. 

We have both a PCA judged Councours competition as well as Popular Vote Awards.

Popular vote

• Awards are given out by car model. 

• Models with 6+ entries are awarded 1-3rd place brick awards

• Models with 5 and fewer entries are awarded one 1st place brick award

Concours will award a First Place and an Honorable Mention award for each group.

Each Sponsor will present an award brick  for their favorite Car selected.
